Cynergy Wellness is a third-party provider that Canopy has partnered with to streamline the reimbursement process for eligible products, such as our Bedside Humidifier, through your Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA).

 Do I have to use a letter from them to get reimbursed by my FSA or HSA?

While Cynergy Wellness facilitates certain aspects of the process, it's important to note that you do not have to exclusively use a letter from them to get reimbursed by your FSA or HSA. The requirement for reimbursement is a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN), which can be obtained from your licensed healthcare provider.

Canopy has collaborated with Cynergy Wellness to make this entire process as seamless as possible for you. To initiate the reimbursement process, you can fill out a request form provided by Cynergy Wellness. Once approved, you'll receive the necessary LMN via email. After that, you can visit our website, shop for the eligible Bedside Humidifier, make the purchase using a credit or debit card, save your order confirmation email as a receipt, and finally, submit the required documentation to your benefits provider for reimbursement.
