We aim to ship out products within 3-5 business days of receiving an order. Once your item is ready to ship you'll receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to follow the progress as it makes its way to you.

In the continental United States, once your order ships you should receive it within 5 to 7 business days, though these times may be elongated during the holiday season due to congestion with carriers. For orders in Canada, due to customs clearance, shipping may take up to 2 weeks.

As the holiday season approaches, we want to make sure you receive your orders in time for the festivities. To help you plan accordingly, please take note of our recommended shipping guidelines:

• Standard Shipping (UPS Surepost):
  • Order by: Monday, December 5th, 2023
  • Note: This is the last day for standard delivery to ensure your order arrives by December 24th, 2023.
• Ground Shipping:
  • Recommended Order by: Thursday, December 12th, 2023
• Express Shipping:
  • Recommended Order by: Monday, December 17th, 2023

Ensuring your order is placed by these dates will help us ensure timely delivery for your holiday celebrations. Please keep in mind that shipping carriers may experience increased demand during this season, so it's always a good idea to place your orders as early as possible.
